Questions people actually ask
- Why are the prices on the website?
- Because making you sit through a call to find out whether you can afford me wastes both our time. If the number works, we talk. If it doesn't, you've lost thirty seconds instead of an afternoon.
- What if the audit finds nothing?
- That has never happened, but the report would say so plainly and you'd have it in writing — worth something to a board or a customer asking hard questions. I don't invent findings to justify an invoice.
- Do you fix what you find?
- Audits are diagnosis, not treatment — separating them keeps the findings honest. If you want the fixes done too, that's the Plus retainer or a separate scoped piece of work.
- How do I actually pay?
- By invoice, on agreed terms. Once we've settled the scope I send an invoice payable by bank transfer, and the work goes in the diary. There's no card checkout on this site.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices exclude VAT. It's applied on the invoice according to where your business is registered, and valid EU VAT numbers are reverse-charged.
